Shipping

  • How long until I receive my shipment?
    The time it takes to receive your shipment can vary depending on the time of shipping service you selected at checkout. If you chose UPS shipping - then their time estimates are generally accurate, provided you ordered before our daily shipping cut-off time of 3pm (ET). Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day. International shipments can take a bit longer and be delayed by many factors outside of our control. However, we will do our best to work with you and your selected shipping carrier to help you receive your package in a timely manner. You can track your shipments with our order tracking page (the link is in the footer of our site).
  • Do you ship overseas?
    Yes, we ship internationally, though the methods available, time-in-transit, and the ability to track packages shipped overseas can be constrained. But we do our best and will always try to accommodate our customers as we're best able to do so.
  • What shipping methods do you use?
    We ship standard, expedited, and two-day within the United States via UPS or the U.S. Postal Service. Internationally, we offer standard or expedited service when possible. At the cart or during checkout you can input your ship to address and we'll provide real-time shipping pricing for various types of service.

Shopping

  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    Unfortunately, the world of automation provides only a small window of opportunity to cancel or change an order once it's placed. If you notice an issue or have second thoughts, the best method is to call us during business hours (Toll Free: 844-366-8059) and we'll help adjust or delete your order. However, if your transaction been captured or has settled, it make take a few days to void the process and to return your funds. That's actually not us delaying things, it's the credit card companies and banks that take time to process refunds, etc. Also, if your order has shipped already, you will usually have to return the products to qualify for a refund.
  • How do I track my order?
    You can track your order by visiting our Track Your Order page. Simply input your order id and email address and you can review order processing and shipping details. Or, you can always telephone us during business hours, and we'll do our best to help track your shipment - Toll Free: 844-366-8059.
  • Do I need to create an account to order?
    No. You do not need to create an account to order. We support "guest checkout." However, we do suggest and recommend you create an account since it makes tracking your order and placing future orders simpler. But it is not required.
  • How do I order?
    You can order quickly and safely online at our site. Or you can contact us by telephone toll free 844-366-8059 to order between the hours of 9am to 5pm (ET).
  • Is shopping online with you safe?
    Yes. Our site is secured via a 3rd party verified and issues SSL certificate. All credit card information is handled securely and only minimal information (e.g., the last four digits of your credit card) are retained to track and compare transactions when necessary. We also have our site scanned regularly for vulnerabilities and issues to ensure we're safe, "fully patched", and as up-to-date as possible.
  • What type of payments do you accept?
    We accept major credit cards (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Amazon payments.

Skin Care

  • Do you use parabens or phthalates?
    Our Products Do Not Contain parabens, phthalates, sodium lauryl sulfate, petrolatum, mineral oil, or other bad stuff. In fact, we're constantly reevaluating our formulas to see if we can make them better, safe, and even more natural.
  • Do you test on animals?
    NO! We never have and we never will. First, it's no longer necessary, as safety and efficacy can be confirmed by other scientific testing methods. And second, it's just down right cruel. Of course, to be 100% honest, we do test on ourselves and those in our close network of friends and family who volunteer - but they're fully informed and consenting adults. Even if our uncle Martin is a bit more hirsute than most, he's still human.
  • Are your product safe?
    Yes, but... that's a very difficult question to answer for everyone. Our products are created with natural ingredients and incorporate some cutting-edge peptides and antioxidants. So while our products are natural, safe, pure, and effective - we always advise testing each product on a small patch of skin before heavy use. Nobody wants to be that .01% person who discovers a new allergy to an ingredient - but it can happen. So please, do a small test first. We're 99.9% sure you'll be fine but better safe than sorry.
